William E. "Billy" Franklin, 63, of Roanoke died unexpectedly on Saturday, November 5, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Lois Franklin; sister, Janice Franklin Blount; and brother John Allen Franklin only ten days ago.
Billy was an avid hunter and outdoorsman.
Surviving is his brother, James (Randy) Franklin and wife Martha; sister, Elizabeth Caywood and husband Eddie.
The family will honor Billy’s' request that there be no visitation or service. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home & Crematory.
