Obituary of Deborah Lynn Keefer Freyman

Deborah “Debbie” Lynn Freyman was a caring grandmother, mother, sister, nurse, teacher and friend. She was born in Pennsylvania on August 26, 1953 to the late Russell L. Keefer, Sr. and Ina Morgan Keefer and left this world on July 13, 2021 at the age of 67.  Debbie obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from William Jewel College, a Masters Degree in Health Facilities Management from Webster College and a Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of New México. She served in the Navy and committed her life to serving others as a Nurse and Nursing Instructor.

She was married to the late Robert W. Freyman, Jr. and will be dearly missed by her 3 children; Christina, Jenny and Rachel; 7 grandchildren, Aiden, Liam, Wells, Greg, Mabel, Julia and Frances; brother, Russ and sister, Carolyn.

Debbie loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, knitting, gardening, baking an inordinate amount of cookies at Christmas time, spending time around water and teaching nursing students. She was generous, thoughtful and kind. Her hugs, laughter and wisdom will forever be missed.
